In 1991, the members of BAP at that time established E-Werk.

In 1998, the managers of E-Werk established Köln Event Veranstaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Palladium Köln.

From December 1997, Palladium took shape by the reconstruction of the former machine manufacturing building (built 1899) of Trefil Europe Engineering, a subsidiary of Trevil Arbed.

In 2000, the adjoining structure built in the fifties was reconstructed.

Early 1999, the TV studio was set up.
